Christopher C. Thomson has a BA in Fine Art Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He received a grant in 1976 to restore, duplicate and preserve the Lucy Burrows Morley cellulose nitrate negatives, followed by a show of the LBM collection at the George Eastman House Museum. Portions of the LBM collection have been shown at the Castle Museum, Saginaw, MI, the Interlochen School, Interlochen, MI, and the Ann Arbor Library, Ann Arbor MI. Approximately 50 LBM images have been accepted into the George Eastman House Museum permanent collection.
